Mirka Partner Award Ceremony in Ostrobothnia, Finland

The inaugural Mirka Partner Award Ceremony for the CEMA region was held at the end of May at Mirka’s headquarters in Finland. The two-day event brought together valued partners from across the region for a dynamic program filled with networking, factory visits, and, most importantly, the award celebration itself.

The highlight of the event was the award ceremony, which took place in the modern premises of Mirka’s new power tools factory in Jakobstad. Guests also had the opportunity to tour the Mirka HQ in Jeppo, providing a deeper insight into the company’s operations and innovation.

'We are delighted that we had the opportunity to celebrate the award winners here in Finland together with the Mirka team,' said Ted Saari, regional manager for the CEMA region. 'We look forward to hosting more Partner Award events in the coming years.'

The CEMA region encompasses a vast and diverse area, including Central Asia and the Caucasus, Northeast and Southeast Europe, Finland, Poland, the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa.

The Mirka Partner Award 2024 recognized outstanding contributions across four categories. Winners were selected based on key criteria reflecting Mirka’s values of collaboration, innovation, sustainability, and long-term partnership:

Collaborator of the Year – Ewie Europe Ltd., Romanian Branch
Recognizes a partner who has made an exceptional impact since joining the Mirka family in 2023 and shows a strong commitment to continued growth and development.

Innovative Partner – Servind s.r.o., Czech Republic
Celebrates a partner who has demonstrated outstanding creativity and success in promoting Mirka’s industrial automation solutions.

Sustainable Partner – Bulldog Abrasives, South Africa
Honours a partner who has effectively developed and implemented sustainable business practices and solutions.

Partner of the Year – Ugarit Auto Paints Trading, United Arab Emirates
Acknowledges a partner who exemplifies dedication and collaboration, and drives mutual success for Mirka and their clients.

The Mirka Partner 2024 Ceremony marked a significant milestone in strengthening relationships within the CEMA region. It offered a unique platform to celebrate achievements, share ideas, and set the course for future growth together. The inspiring event underscored the importance of partnership and laid a strong foundation for continued collaboration and success in the years ahead.
